IPL 5: KKR hope to carry the winning momentum, says Bisla

Kolkata: Kolkata Knight Riders wicketkeeper Manvinder Bisla on Thursday said that their loss to Rajasthan Royals in the first leg was history and they would now look to carry forward the winning momentum when both the teams clash once again here on Friday.
After two consecutive losses, Kolkata tasted their first success in IPL 5 against Royal Challengers Bangalore in their last match and Bisla said that the team was brimming with confidence. "We have the best team in the IPL. We have the belief to win on our ground," he told reporters.

Bisla scored a crucial 46 in the last match to set the platform along with skipper Gautam Gambhir (64) but their middle order crumbled once again before managing to 165 for 8. The poor batting display has been a problem for Kolkata in the last three matches and Bisla hoped that their middle order batters find their rhythm soon.
"We are losing some crucial wickets. It's happening regularly. We have the batsmen and ability to deal with this." Bisla stood behind the stumps in place of New Zealander Brendon McCullum and the youngster said there was no extra pressure on him.
"Brendon is a superb player, a good human being. He is helping me out. I know I will get a chance sooner or later. It's a team management's decision. He further said that their sports psychologist Dr Rudi Webster was helping them out immensely. "In every meeting he makes us feel positive. Our confidence level becomes high after talking to him. His inputs are of immense help."
